@coachrobnisby: Nobody warns you that sobriety isn’t the hard part, it’s losing your identity while rebuilding your life. I struggled for years on understanding who I was as a man when I wasn’t lit or life of the party. I turned to isolation, because it felt safer than going back into old environments. But you get to a point where you realize that the empty spaces where your vices once stood, are replaced with steps that you’re building towards living in your purpose. And when life starts to get easier and you’re less confused on what you should be doing, you know you’re operating as a version of yourself that should be proud. With gratitude, Coach Rob
