Right and people will scream it but they will be the same ones who turn their back on someone with severe depression who just needs someone to listen. They do that because it triggers them and they don’t know what to do and a lot of people can’t bear to sit in sadness and just be sorry for someone rather than trying to fix it with simple solutions. but when you have severe depression, you’re so used to it, you know how to help others who are depressed, when you have ptsd you know pain unlike any other and have so much empathy that you know how to sit in pain because you had to learn to do so unwillingly. Always watch out for those who are extremely empathetic, they likely have been through hell and know what it’s like and wouldn’t want anyone else to feel that way. The ones who lack empathy, avoid them. They aren’t worth your time because they are simple and just don’t understand how bad a human can feel and if you feel horrible, they won’t know how to react, they’ll ditch
