definantly real i was also awaken out of my sleep by the hat man he didnt walk he glided across the floor the room moving from corner to corner from the room each corner was completely dark only the middle of the room i could see.i only had the moonlight to see no other light was on also he didnt have the red eyes but he had the long coat and cowboy hat he was i little bit taller than the door

Yesssssssssssss ! The 1st apartment me and my ex got together. It’s such a very long story. But I saw him twice in our apartment. Crazy , I could only explain him like he looked like the Marlboro man. Darker than the dark of our apartment with the lights off. For me I did not see red eyes. Gosh I’d like to go into the whole story but it will take way too long. All I can say when I was close to this hat man I thought it was my ex getting out of bed to go to the bathroom after me. I hugged a blacker than black shadow. It wasn’t cold. It was static electricity. There is so much to this story it wouldn’t even do it justify to even try to type it here. But yesss Hatman is real ! I have been trying to research it and there seems to be no explanation of what it is.

When I was 30 I decided to challenge my fear of sleeping with the closet door open… I woke up in the middle of the night and there he was. NEVER.AGAIN - a lot of people associate him with sleep paralysis but I’ve always been awake when I’ve seen him.
