I think you just listen to the music, watch movies and try imitating the accents in the language you want to learn. That’s how i learned English.

Mmmm I speak Cantonese and English but I was interested in mandarin and Korean so I’ve been watching shows/movies and listening to music and started slowly speaking to people that are native to those languages. Another thing you can try is have those videos on YouTube where you listen to the language while you sleep and boy oh boy, it helps

It's true I learned English on my own by watching streamers and movies every day and by setting my entire environment phone, games, social media, etc to English I still make spelling mistakes and grammar error but I can communicate with people without problems and that s what matters most

Idk if this the same thing but I would watch kdramas, and Korean reality tv shows SOOO MUCH to the point I would find myself understand majority of the words they are saying without subtitles

Thought this was common sense? You'd obviously learn way faster in an environment that speaks the language than just learning the other way 😭

my first language is Spanish and i’ve been in bilingual schools my entire life, every single English teacher has told me that you should learn to think in that language, i’ve learned other 2 languages and in fact it’s the best way to learn

My country has been doing it for years worth children who dont know their school languages. The children and teachers will only talk to them in the language they need to learn
