But today's #mentalhealthtip is as much for me as it is you. Hear it and stop. I didn't post yesterday. I know why, I was busy helping a friend. But today? I kept doing things but not all the right things. Not in the right order. Not efficiently. So naturally I started telling myself I was lazy, I had no self control, blah, blah, blah. I was coming home from a shop and I heard it. I heard myself saying hurtful and unhelpful things. Then, I stopped.
