Not only that, they all had one MASSIVE advantge over anyone else. Theirs and their family well being was not dependant on them. They could take huge risks, hostile takeovers and more without risking a single thing in their lives. If that didnt worked out, they could just start over again and get all the advatages they had again.

If you have worked with rich people you know that the majority is just connections and nepotism. It's just how the world runs, though it has to be packaged differently to bring an illusion of rags to riches and democracy
