Cheaper products - Use dial soap (Gold) in the shower, after use Betadine on flares this routine is 🔥 oh and keep skin oiled up

I have mild HS and I use that cream for any flare ups!! I've had it all my like but just recently got diagnosed last year! he prescribed me medication that I can only use during massive flare ups since mine is so mild they come and go, I take bleach baths twice a week and got prescribed a lotion that diabetics use because there skin get tought. It works amazing on my rough tight spot on my inner thighs to allow me to get the black heads. Thank you for sharing!!!
