Run by Harry and Faye, with chef Kam (ex-Longrain) in the kitchen, it’s one of those places that just feels genuinely warm and welcoming from the moment you walk in. The whole menu is 100% gluten free, the cocktails are seriously good (don’t miss the lychee, matcha or spicy marg) and the food is a flavour-packed mix of Asian influences with a modern twist. 🥟 Lemongrass chicken gyoza: omg amazing, the flavour was fantastic 🥟 Korean BBQ beef gyoza: loved the beef, but casing was a little doughy ❤️‍🔥 Pork hock: cooked to perfection, super tender with master stock caramel & chilli vinegar 🔥 Smoked duck: a perfect smoky flavour but a bit too rare for my liking 🦐 King prawns: perfectly cooked, super fragrant 🍛 Slow braised lamb shank curry: my favourite, melt-in-your-mouth tender with the most delicious curry 🥩 Braised beef cheek: incredibly tender, paired with silky sweet potato mash 🍰 Hojicha cheesecake: such a perfect end to the meal, strong hojicha flavour balanced with creaminess + a great GF base From start to finish, everything at Korya was full of heart. The team couldn’t have been friendlier, the cocktails were spot on, and it’s so rare to find a fully gluten free menu this good.
