Olive oil is healthy. Granola is healthy. That doesn’t mean they’re easy to fit into a calorie deficit. The goal isn’t to avoid nutritious foods. It’s to understand their calorie density and portion sizes. A food can be incredibly nutritious… And still make fat loss much harder if you consistently overeat it.
