Soooo good, i feel like we all forget to put away our phones and actualy do something productive and with this video you reminded us that life is not only about phones, but its about spending time with ourselves reflecting and those hobies are an realy good idea to inspire someone that has no clue what to do espesaly at summer time when there is no school, somebody that has no friends and nothing to do and i think you realy helped them with this

Maybe junk journaling its a bit graphic and its also very creative and you don’t have to write whole stories but you can leave a little note of what you did or you can leave it maybe look into it it is also a form of memory keeping and you can look back on the things you did

I fell in love with reading again when I started novels instead of more theoretical or self-improvement focused books. I find it sooo relaxing and hidden in all the story’s and personalities are actually some beautiful life lessons 🫶🏻
