If not ejected hes definitely out for taking his helmet off and intentionally throwing the bat . Thats not a bat flip . Either way his behavior is embarrassing. Id pull my kid out of the game if he did that .

For the throwing of the bat absolutely! It wasn’t a bat flip he legit threw that thing and taunted. 100% should be tossed. Child or not there needs to be enforced sportsmanship!
