I think this sounds like a deterrent though for people to to commit crimes. The justice system in the UK is controversial, but I do think prisoners are treated far too good… I suspect this experience is a massive deterrent not to re-offend!

for the bath days, where the pre showers more like what you have pre swimming pool or was it a shower like the other days and then you go in, and were you allowed to rinse afterwards? and how long were you allowed to be in there since the shower days are so strict and short but I assume bath days were longer. also if you are only allowed to wash 3 clothing items a day won't the amount of dirty laundry you have just keep adding up? what do you do then when you run out of clothes? were you allowed to hand wash in your cell?
