The government is responsible for regulating housing prices to stabilize the housing market, they need to set price ceilings where prices of a particular number of rooms cannot be above a certain price “especially “ in student areas. Our economist have failed, I don’t even know if we have any. You cannot allow the the economy to be functioning without balancing sectors like this , regulating housing is same as regulating car circulation. The minimum wage rate is bellow rent prices, where will the common man stay ? Bad governance
