@mythandmist.official: Vaishno Devi. Nobody carved this idol. High in the mountains of Jammu and Kashmir, at 5,200 feet, sits a cave. Millions climb 13 kilometres on foot every year. Some crawl the entire distance. Inside — a goddess. But there is no idol. No statue. No carving made by human hands. Just three rocks. Legend says Vaishno Devi was born from the combined energy of Maha Kali, Maha Lakshmi and Maha Saraswati. A tantrik named Bhairon Nath hunted her across the mountains for nine months. When he cornered her — she took the form of Maha Kali and struck him down instantly. Then she retreated into the mountain and became the mountain itself. Three natural rock formations. Fused into a single base. Each one a completely different colour and texture. Geological surveys suggest the cave formation is close to a million years old. To this day — no idol has ever been carved. Millions still climb this mountain every single year. Some say you cannot visit unless the goddess calls you first. Whether she still watches from that cave — you decide. Jai Mata Di. Follow Myth and Mist — the next legend is darker than this one. #creatorsearchinsights #vaishnodevi #kali #laxmi #mythology
