Back in the day I had a guy moved into my county who owed 200,000 in child support and same date of birth it was crazy how many times usually a newly elected sheriff or new hit would come to my house and plus they would run your picture every Sunday paper I used to keep it with me lol it was nuts

This happened to my husband in 1990, we were stopped by DPS officer for an insurance check. He ran his name and warrant was out for a person with the same name. Sooo he was wrongfully arrested, but I would think this time and day this SHOULD NOT HAPPEN.

Regardless of the excuses, it’s still a human right violation. Lives are being disrupted and with all the technology with forensics, there should be no reason for unlawful arrests like this 🙄
