Glargine be pissing me off though cuz like lantus can be such a low dose daily that it last longer than the actual efficacy of the whole box so one pen can last more than a month but each pen is only good for 28 days so what’s the point in the math if you can use the box past 140 anyway 😩 don’t even get me started on victoza and toujeo

I always remember #5 pens is 1500ML and you divide by the max units they take either by sliding scale or a set routine amount of units. And because they expire in 28 days if it passes by a lot of days I just do 5(pens)x28 (exp) to find my day supply of 140 days.
