@ryanlibbey: #AD A few weeks ago, I spent some time in the Lake District with Arla Skyr. @Arla Dairy UK What I didn't expect was how much I'd take home with me. Life has felt busy lately. Work, family, training, school runs, plans, deadlines. The usual rhythm of modern life. And somewhere along the way, it's easy to start believing that progress only counts when you're moving forward at full speed. The trip reminded me that sometimes the opposite is true. Sometimes progress looks like slowing down enough to step away from your desk and make yourself a proper lunch. So I grilled some chicken, made a homemade tzatziki with Arla Skyr, packed up a few flatbreads and headed down to the river. I've lived in London for 12 years and talked about kayaking this stretch of water for most of them. Turns out, if you look at a familiar place through a different lens, there are adventures hiding in plain sight. No agenda. No finish line. No pressure. Just enough space for my thoughts to settle and my nervous system to downshift. One of the things I enjoyed most about the trip to the lakes was discovering how versatile Arla Skyr can be. We now use it in everything from breakfasts to lunches and simple recipes like this one. It's high in protein, keeps you truly satisfied for longer, and fits naturally into busy days when you're trying to fuel life well. Being with Arla Skyr in the Lake District reminded me that living well isn't always about going further. Sometimes it's about looking differently at what's already around you
