@nqhillc: Customer states her dryer is making loud noises when she runs. Yesterday customer came and drop off her dryer. She recently had bought it on Facebook marketplace from a reseller. She said she had it delivered and installed but soon after installation and paying for the set she decided to try it out after washing her clothes and find out it was being loud during operation. She quickly contacted seller but he stopped responding and eventually blocked her. She waited for a few days and then decided to contact us for a repair. Upon us taking the dryer apart, we figure out the lint tray was not going in as well. We took dryer apart and discovered a little bit of money in the blower housing and customer had no idea that was in there. We did further inspection and replaced rollers as wells. Plenty of bills were shredded. We saved everything we could for her. She posted her story and Facebook and original buyer ( scammer ) demanded dryer back and offered her a full refund.
