I resigned a month after sent the formal complaint against my line manager and they kept saying they are investigating they told me to go to work but she said I give her 3 weeks she won't make it. The HR called me and asked me am I sure, I said I don't want to but it is too much and I couldn't hold myself I cried out loud and drop the phone he called me back and said I should have called him before resigning because my line manager quickly accepted my resignation and said the investigation were done and my line manager is meeting them with her legal team, she blackmailed me and tried to take R35000 credit using my documents and now I have those creditors keep calling.

4yrs ago, I had to go in to therapy over my job . eventually left that position. I now work for a great team. But with economy being so bad right now. I need to leave but am afraid my next team could be toxic. am so conflicted 💔.

I was being abused and the union did absolutely nothing to help me. It was systematic and targeted. I’m now older and finding it hard to make up the pay loss.
