As an olive garden server- we already have to run at least 3 pasta refills per table. That doesn’t include refills on drinks, bread, salad, soup PER table/ PER PERSON. Also, no body ever wants their refills at the same time so it is so much work for such a crap tip. On average with the never ending pasta bowls we still only get like $5 tips. Busting MY ass and running around for everyone for a measly $5. It’s honestly a joke. Corporate is just laughing in our faces with this.
