For those who don’t understand the girl with the black suit is complaining why the red shirt girl has the bigger piece and she has the small one. The black suit girl is thinking that red shirt girl is being selfish. So red shirt girl asks what she would do and black suit girl says she will take the small one to be generous or kind to the other person and the red shirt girl looks at her and points because black suit girl already has the small one. This explanation would probably be a bit hard for some people to understand so a short answer for this is that black suit girl is complaining that black suit girl ( herself) has the small piece but she( black suit girl)says if it was her decision she( black suit girl) would take the small piece so she shouldn’t be complaining because she( black suit girl) already has the small piece.

It’s not about the size of the piece, it’s about being kind and giving the bigger piece to the other person. She would not give the bigger piece to the other person because she wanted the smaller one, but out of kindness

the girl is asking what the black girl would do if she had the two pieces (the big and small pieces) she was asking wether she would give the red girl the big or small peice. the black girl said she’d give the red girl the big peice and take the small peice. so the red girl points as in aha gotcha because the outcome would be the same if the black girl had to give out the pieces

the apple can be an analogy for business I guess: the woman wearing a jacket asking why she got the smaller piece is a comparison to her asking why her success is smaller— the answer is that she’s more selfless, or gives up the larger profit to others. plain shirt isn’t afraid to take so her business succeeds. it can also just be a quirky relatable video about younger-older sibling dynamics where an older sibling who always cut themselves the larger half met a kind younger sibling who gladly took the smaller side. very flexible skit to inspire many different scenarios or perspectives
