me and my fiance travel of weeks all the time.. and our cats are the same way and we use our alexa echo that has camera on it.. they can see us and we can see them

Amazon echo you can do a two way face calls. It’s been a life saver when we have to leave our sweet boy alone (my Labrador)

I have a camera that I can hear them and talk to them through that I got from Amazon — I think it’s the Tapo brand. They can’t see me or anything, but they can hear my voice!

we have several cameras in our house just to keep an eye on them. Hubby is very tech savvy so he made the cats their own TV to watch bird videos on with a camera where we can see and talk to them through it.

I have used cameras with two talk. I used the brand Blink. They offer mini size that plug ins to an outlet and connects via wifi. I havent heard of a brand that offers to the two way video, that is actually worth the cost.

My parents have Blink cameras in their house. They came out to visit us and one of the cats came up to the camera when we talked to them lol. They can’t see us but they could definitely hear us!

I use to have a furbo camera to check in on mine that dispensed treats but i honestly love the little blink cameras better and i can talk to them through the camera as well they just can’t see you

I’m a little ocd about my cats! I have a litter robot and a feeder with a camera in it. I can talk to them but it always makes them think I’m home and makes me sad lol

I work from home so any time I leave the house for more than a couple hours, I'm stressing over my dogs .. even if someone else is home with them bc they don't know their routines like I do lol I think my kids (25, 21, & 20 - 2 of which who live here) would unplug the camera if I tried to set something up to check on the dogs while I was gone 😂

My house is covered in blink mini cameras all main rooms and the cat rooms have one. I also have an outside camera on all doors and an inside camera pointed at the doors. That way when people come to let our dogs out I’m absolutely positive I have two ways to calm my anxiety that no cats got out we have 14 so it’s more likely than just 3-4 lol. The cat rooms also has a furbo for treats

I saw a couple people have a little robot camera that you can control and move around with your phone and it talks!

We use the Wyze cameras. You can talk to them and listen from an app on your phone kind of like a ring camera inside. It also keeps a log of past movements it catches so you can see everything they have been up to

Look into the google nest devices. The tablet looking ones. You can essentially “FaceTime” them from your phone and that’s something that the cats will be able to see you

Well, outside of having someone to feed and let them out obviously and all of that we like Waze cameras, we have them throughout the main living quarters of our house and that means that we can constantly login we can see a live feed. We can back up and see previous footage. We can speak if we want to through the camera.
