He is neither, the simple and easy truth is that when your driving a truck you can't see the back and you can't here it either. The door latch appears to of failed, could happen to anyone.

I mean it doesn’t help that you’re driving too close to him for a start and to say that he’s driving dangerously; well to me, yeah he went over the line but he’s not all over the road. The doors on the back of the wagon could be faulty for all you know. You’re just assuming that he’s drunk or asleep. It’s a very tiring job and until you know what it’s like doing it don’t come at us for it until you’ve done it yourself!

The driver did not even realize that an item had fallen from my truck. He did not stop at the scene and simply continued driving away. After that, he was no longer visible, and I do not know where he went.

I don't see the driver driving dangerously here. That type of truck needs more space just to make a turn. Something happened to the lock, and the door opened. Don't accuse the truck driver anymore.

I will give you that he stopped over the line at lights but driving and road position there's not a lot wrong pallet and pallet truck coming out the back is a unfortunate accident more than likely he didn't secure pallet truck after last delivery
