Tbh, the summer is a seasonal dip in ecommerce generally. People are on holiday or saving for holiday spending IMO.

The point is: TikTok doesn’t have buyers anymore… they are either sellers or creators, and as a creator why would I buy something that I could get for free and even advertise it and probably profit from a commission selling it. So, I feel there is no buyers on the platform anymore. That’s on its own the biggest barrier to purchase anything, the fact that I could get it for free.

I’ve given up, one account got a permanent ban, the other received such dumb violations that my videos are so suppressed now… that and the heat

New to TTS this year. Taking it one week at a time really. Samples are getting so much better but I’m not getting the whoosh effect people say they got by month 3/4 I’m plodding on & keeping my fingers crossed 🤞🏻

I quit my job to do this full time in November and since Feb, outside of campaigns, it feels like Tiktok are really draining the fun/potential. If Black Friday/Xmas isnt fruitful I can imagine a big % of creators giving up.
