Hello Philips, I have a question about how your IPL device works because I’m a bit confused. People often say that laser or IPL works by targeting the hair root. However, in your instructions you mention that the device can be used after waxing or using an epilator. As far as I know, waxing and epilating remove the hair from the root, and it usually takes around 24 hours or more before a new hair starts forming again. So if the hair root has been removed, what exactly is the IPL targeting? Could you please explain how this works? I would really appreciate a clarification. Thank you!
