Definitely the top three you forget about the 350 Chevy I am foreign has a 302 that is in the Mustang that is bulletproof those three motors I take one of them. I like myself I’ve had over 100 of them.

the Jeep 4.0 and the Australian made Ford Barra inline 6. my 2nd car was a 1986 Ford Falcon with a 4.0 Barra. when I got it the engine hadn't been serviced in 2 years and it took another 2 years for me to afford a service after going broke buying the car. 4 years without fresh oil and being driven daily and hard as hell, it never missed a beat. I owned it for 5 years and it had 3 oil changes, after I sold it, the new owner converted it into a speedway (dirt track) racer with that same engine it did 4 years of racing before it broke.

My 4.0 has 270 something on it. Ive had some high mileage vehicles and it is at the top of the list. The only thing I don't like is the CPS on later ones.
