im the same with my family. the difference with my siblig and mother. its weird I just want to make sure they won't want to spend time together but then I feel guilty if I make plans separately before checking in on them. im trying to work on that.

It’s so normal for a very responsible mom and partner me too but it’s my kids who r 20 and 19 years old and thank God im single but i try to be with them and do something together if they don’t have plans 🥰🥰🥰🥰

What I really hate that if I need or want to do something I have to plan at least aweek ahead and I get hit with anxiety that until the last minute I might not be able to do it actually.

I get it because I do that too . I do make plans but I ask them if they are ok . I guess , I did this from beginning just out of love but my husband also do that with me too . I love it anyways 💞♥️💞
