When I had an endoscopy they didn’t mention I had GERD but have mild gastritis on sulcralfate but not a PPI do they go hand in hand?

Hello, so I am someone that is trying to heal my gut and acid reflux that has caused me to have bad anxiety and try to eat bland foods, but my anxiety and mental is still so high. That is making my gut issues worse did you ever have shortness of breath chest pain back pain when going through all of this and I’ve been at this for five months now almost and I just won’t relief. I’ve been losing weight because I’ve been trying to have a clean diet and I do not want to take any medication. I started taking slippery Elm powder. I gag every time I take it so I’m just trying to find things that help new things of taking gave me bad anxiety so what did you do as far as meals did you eat? Nothing but fruits and vegetables every single day for the last 3 to 4 months while healing.

did you avoid dairy completly while following the low acidic diet? I eat mozarella with my low acidic foods since it doesnt cause me symptoms, does it make my healing slower?🥺
