@desifoodvibes14: White Aloo Matar Pulao 🤍🍚✨ Ingredients: Basmati rice (soaked) – 1 cup Ghee – 1 tbsp Cumin seeds – 1 tbsp Green cardamom – 4 to 5 Cloves – 4 Black cardamom – 1 Star anise – 2 Onion (sliced) – 1 Green chilli – 4 to 5 (chopped) Potato – 2 (cut into 4 pieces each) Green peas – 1 cup Tomato – 1 Salt – to taste Black pepper powder – ½ tbsp Cumin powder – ½ tbsp Boiling water – 2 cups Method: Heat 1 tbsp ghee in a kadhai. Add 1 tbsp cumin seeds, 4–5 green cardamoms, 4 cloves, 1 black cardamom, and 2 star anise. Sauté for a few seconds. Add 1 sliced onion and 4–5 chopped green chillies. Cook until the onion turns golden brown. Add 2 potatoes (cut into 4 pieces each) and 1 cup green peas. Cover and cook for a few minutes until slightly tender. Add 1 chopped tomato, salt to taste, ½ tbsp black pepper powder, and ½ tbsp cumin powder. Mix well and cook until the tomato softens. Add 1 cup soaked basmati rice and gently mix.
