To be fair, when Doc Ock fought Peter on the bridge he did say the Stark tech was impressive when it adapted to his tentacles. It wouldn’t be far fetched to say he recreated the Iron Spider suit for himself when he got back home. Maybe he simply gave it to his universe’s spider man.
