I don't think Cerydra would let that happen. i'm pretty sure she already said that she wouldn't let them. also Amphoreus is technically under the protection of the Astral Express & Genius Society who are 'allys' of the IPC so trying to colonize it could be considered as friendly fire against an ally

Cerdyra won’t let that happen lol. No way she’s going to let them colonize right after Amphoreus is just reborn. The IPC won’t back down but they will respect her decision (just like Pearl trying to get us to be the leaders of the anti-destruction alliance)

technically amphoreus is under our (astral express) and genius society's protection since we saved it in the first place and the genius society will most probably be the ones to help rebuild it and mind you the code of amphoreus was written by Zander and he still has other parts or segments of himself active across the universe so he is the OG creator and if its somehow recreated Herta might have a large amount of involvement in it so OG amphoreus = Zander and reborn amphoreus = Herta, genius society members,astral express and we also are a part of the anti destruction alliance so if amphoreus is under our protection it will be considered at self sabotage and friendly fire against an ally
