No that's wrong although it maybe beneficial but too much saffron will cause you saffron poisoning

I think that’s way too little saffron for that much water! 😊 Try grinding the saffron first, then sprinkle a little over one or two small ice cubes and let them melt. Add that saffron-infused liquid to your drink. It’s the best way to get all that beautiful color, flavor, aroma, and goodness from the saffron! 💛
