Remember - the recent passing of Senator Graham and the incapacitation of Senator McConnell absolutely changes the landscape for this bill, so time will tell but personally I don't think we see this pass the Senate before the next recess unless like I said - Senate Democrats or the White House caves in on their position. I think it’s likely priced in now that it won’t be passing anytime soon but piecemeal defacto regulation will get it to the same ballpark anyway.
