My old job had weekly potlucks and my one manager asked why I never partake and my response was “do you see who we work with? Would you eat at their house?” She never partook in another one 😂😂😂

Hard same, I “ruined” a turkey dinner at a friend’s house lol. I brought my instant read meat thermometer and her turkey was like 135 degrees and she was ready to serve it 😳 dinner was hours late because of me 😂

As someone who’s parents almost died because of the listeria bacteria, I am sooo nervous about food safety. They got it from eating fresh cheese at a local farm. They were in the hospital for weeks

My MIL thaws everything on the counter for DAYS and it killllllllls me. She thawed $300 worth of fancy steaks for Christmas dinner on the counter one year. Guess who ate potatoes and rolls that year? 🙋♀️My FIL also uses the same plate for raw and cooked meat when grilling and I criiiiiiinge!
