while i agree with majority of your video, one thing i do disagree with is that children do wear head coverings. While it might be the case that it is not strictly Islamic, but rather from Islamic cultures, the fact still is that children do wear headcoverings such as the niqab and hijab. And not is not for dress up or for jokes but rather a common ordinary thing in some countries

The child video was an interview on the Saudi national day btw so everyone wears traditional clothes for THAT day so yeah that is why the two interviewers laughed with the kid.
