@sgtmaj.barry.bull: Most people don’t need to train more. They need to train smarter. If you’re a beginner, start with 2–3 days a week and focus on consistency. As your body adapts, increase your training volume over time. The biggest mistake I see? People try to train like someone who’s been lifting for 10+ years, then burn out after two weeks. Start where you’re at. Stay consistent. Progress will come. 💪 Want me to build your workouts, nutrition, and hold you accountable? Comment COACH and let’s get to work.
Good morning Barry. I’m 61 and don’t lift heavy anymore. In the gym 3-5 days a week (depending on work schedule). I Peloton everyday and have not missed 10k steps in 8 years. This keeps me healthy and better than most my age. I always appreciate your commentary. 💯💯💯
