I'm 64 and it's is a weird feeling. I was one of the highest producing Realtor in my state, and then I ended up with long covid and everything changed, now I work less and play more, I didn't spend any downtime in the past.

Im 52 and stepped back from a leadership position i had for 20 years. It took me a long time to stop feeling like i was failing somehow, that the reduction in pressure was actually an amazing gift, that my shifted focus on family and friends was what i had missed all that time. Now i holiday/vacation as much as i can! 🛬🤩 🌴

Glad someone's figured it out. my mother is in her late 60's and still runs around like chicken with her head cut off every day. I keep telling her she needs to relax
