my therapist told me to find things I love because I worry too much about the world 😭😭 and then she was like "what do you love?" and I was like "i don't know, nature?". and she was like "what do you love about nature" and I was like "i like that it's innocent in the picture of climate change and the change of the World. No matter how angry I am, my anger will always be directed to humans, never to animals or the nature." and she was like "Yeah, you should find more things to love like that" and I was like "how do I do that?" and she was like "focus on the little things before you look at the grander picture, you won't find huge things you love, but it's easy to love small things like the feeling of a shower or the feeling of lying in grass" and that stuck with me
