@balfour.i: Pebble is a suspected male old German owl baby who will be ready for his new home within the next 3 weeks! Pebble was separated from his parents too early and sold to his previous owner, who surrendered him to me after the baby lost too much weight & developed concurrent infections. With around the clock critical care, Pebble made a strong recovery and will be ready for his forever home after gaining more weight! He is a friendly, curious, and brave baby who enjoys human company. He is smart and food motivated (his favorite seed is Vetch). We have been working on some training! Pebble has only been with me for a week at the time of posting, so I'm unsure how he does with other birds yet. I don't usually post a bird so soon after getting them, but I'm expecting a lot of interest in him and I want to get ahead on finding a good home for him (I'm in the middle of moving!) Pebbles adoption fee is 60$, and at this time, he can ONLY be picked up locally from an hour west of Chicago, IL.
