One of the very few shows where dub is better than sub. that being said, theres some moments in the sub version that is better than dub. But Erens roars, Grishas crashout and Erwins speech just go so hard in english

The roars sound goofy asf in the dub in most of the scenes where he roars, I also think a lot of the characters sound worse in the dub. No hate to the dub bc it’s still good, and some of the lines are actually performed better by the dub VAs, but overall I think sub is better.

I like both, my only problem is, the Sub's S4 Roars doesn't have the 1st season's energy. The 1st season's roar was an all-out, while the last season was a worn-out. All in my ears is what I'm sayin.

Sub roar still sounds “human”, subtle but it still ties back to the fact that titans are honestly just mutated human beings. The dub roar makes titans sound like alien creatures with no relation to humans whatsoever

I will die on the hill that sub scream is better. I think the one thing it does that really matters is make it feel like, one it’s a sound coming out of a large, angry muscular warrior, and that it’s LOUD. The dub sounds like it comes from a high pitched, otherworldly creature (which is cool in its own way) except ultimately the attack titan fights like massive muscular human warrior, and should sound like that
