Modern convenience is slowly robbing us of natural movement, and if we don't use it, we lose it. That's why I do five minutes of mobility every day. My philosophy with this is the same as almost everything else: less is more and consistency is everything. People make mobility into a bigger thing than it needs to be. You don't need some perfect 30-minute routine. Move your joints, get into positions you normally don't, and remind your body what it's capable of. And the five-minute mobility isn't one specific routine. It's a methodology. I switch the movements up all the time. The movements can change. The five minutes every day doesn't.
