Sounds like you’ve been taken advantage off, because that’s not a reasonable job description for any Senior member of a school. I’m sure they’ve told you, it’ll be great for your development etc, which is why you don’t see it right now… Good luck though!

Fair play! If you love your job and feel it’s reasonable, crack on! Not really for anyone else to project their versions of what’s fair and reasonable, not knowing anything about your school or structure. As long as those who are showing an interest through their PM have a chance to be exposed to this kind of thing for their CPD, I don’t see an issue. ONLY 3 GET UPS LEFT!!!
