Yeah. We had no shot at getting a Fenway hat yet there are tons on eBay for $300🥺. They should have only sold them inside the park after you scan your ticket.

The city specific merch should be in the stadium only. I like the online order but that should be how people can get the option while the ones you can buy in person should be in the stadium. All lines outside the stadium should be general merch.

I feel like it should be ticket holders first period. I live 215 miles from the venue that I have tickets to. So I can’t get merch online, and then I may not get merch at the show?!

hot take but we shouldn’t be showing up for early merch at like 3am because genuinely what the hell. i get lining up for box office tickets but MERCH??? going in denver and im worried they’ll be sold out of stuff in my size because of how many people are showing up early. also let ticket holders have first grabs at merch pls!!

They need to put those Sox hats online but you can only get one if you can prove you had tix. I missed out on that hat cuz I couldn’t get there any earlier.

The issue isn’t fans it’s scalpers and it always will be. I tried so hard to get tickets. I couldn’t get tickets during the presale, stalked the mlb website for resale for months, didn’t get selected for waitlist tickets, and stood in line for 7 hours to get box office tickets for n4 and they sold out. But I was able to get merch because it was being sold outside the stadium. The merch shop opened at 11 I got in line for merch at 11:40 the only thing that was sold out was the Red Sox hat after waiting in line for 45 mins.

The city merch should not be sold outside the venue. Only inside. I went to the Pittsburgh show and the patches were LONG gone by the time we got inside.

N3 Boston I was the first person in line to get in gate e, merch was right there, and we STILL didn’t get hats. They let the pre-event ticketed people line up for merch first and there were 30-100 hats per merch stand max. Sold out 4 people ahead of me. If you are going to make something THAT exclsuive, stock should only be sold at the show

I was so mad that they let non ticket holders buy the hat. It legit was only available at Fenway. They should have only had it inside the park.

The issue is not people that don’t have tickets buying merch. If someone that couldn’t get tickets or afford them wants to buy a shirt, let them. The issue is the resellers, before N1 at Fenway people were selling the hats for as much as $115. That’s our problem.
