I know how heartbreaking that can feel. 🤍 If your baby is crying for milk, don’t withhold it. Breast milk or formula is still their main source of nutrition until around 12 months. Instead, try offering solids when they’re calm and only slightly hungry (not starving), keep mealtimes pressure-free, and be consistent. It takes time for many babies to learn to enjoy solids, and that’s completely normal.
