if you go to your settings then to apps look for mywalmart click on it go to battery turn off background your battery will last longer

Yes, they gave us the same phones. Mine stays charge pretty much all day, but the camera will blank out in it. I don’t work for OGP I work over on the GM side in the garden center and toys and sporting good but I have to scan a lot of freight and I hate when my camera blinks out cause then I have to close my app and restart it.🥺🥺

We have the phones too and the batteries die so fast. But here’s my issue, why should I buy a charger pack for a work device. I didn’t buy batteries for my TC. Walmart should be supplying them if they want us use the phone.

I’m also in OGP and got a phone , have the same problem, but…they provided the phone, I am not spending my money on something the company wants me to have lol. If they are concerned about the phone dying they can have chargers/portable chargers for the workers

You know the new phones have mag safe... you should be able to stick the charger to the back of the phone magnetically and it will charge without the xord....

talk to your coach they can get you one charge it to your store . I had a Walmart phone that was doing the same . My coach got me one out of elections.
