i can fit in the s/m and the l so i have a mixture of both when i have flare ups which is night and day time wee and i use these every night as long as im not retaining these are so good these are the only good ones i have found i do use the other brand the dry nights which is the exact same but when i have been in the us and i have ran out i went to walmart or target ect and got these
