@satu_en: An edit for those who love angst. This was inspired by a fic I read where Merlin doesn’t just almost die… he actually dies. I hope the idea comes across, but the concept is that whenever Arthur needed him and Merlin was no longer there, he started imagining him. like a ghost of the person he couldn’t let go of. #merthur #merlin #merlinedit #bbcmerlinedit

Gray Cheshire9 :

Does Merlin come back tho?

Elio :

Orrr what if because he’s magic himself and we know that magic ‘is the fabric of the universe’ from Merlin’s dad’s speech in s5 what if Merlin from the spirit world, he’s able to project his powers to the land of the living to keep Arthur safe until Arthur joins him?

✨I didn’t realize so many people would want to know which fic it was, and unfortunately I can’t find it✨. I have many ideas but very little free time, so if I get the chance, I promise I’ll write something with a similar concept. For now, since you clearly love angst as much as I do 😭 here are some of my favorite fics with a similar idea: When You're Not Watching By; ingberry It's Not the Time or the Place By; wangler Light of Arthur By; Venivincere
