@hopecrosby_eatss: Crispy chicken lemon garlic pasta Ingredients: Crispy chicken - 2 chicken breasts - butterflied 75g breadcrumbs - 1 tsp of each: paprika, chicken seasoning, Italian herbs, garlic granules, onion granules 1 egg Generous amount of olive oil for frying Sauce: 1/2 an onion 1 tsp of each: paprika, chicken seasoning, Italian herbs, garlic granules, onion granules Zest of one lemon 1/2 juice of lemon 200g crème fraiche 125ml milk 1 tbsp garlic & herb soft cheese 30g Parmesan Salt & pepper 180g tagliatelle pasta Method: - Butterfly the chicken breast and prepare the egg and breadcrumbs. Then coat each breast in the egg first then breadcrumbs until completely coated. Heat up the oil in a pan and fry until golden and cooked through - this should be about 5/6 minutes per side. I then add to the airfryer on 180 for a couple of minutes to ensure cooked through. - Add the pasta on to boil. - Chop the onion finely, and add to an oiled pan. Soften then add in the seasoning and lemon zest. Add the lemon juice then reduce the heat and add in the crème fraiche, milk and garlic soft cheese. Stir until well combined and add in the parmesan, loosen with some pasta water. Leave on a gentle simmer to thicken for 10 minutes, save some of the sauce to pour over at the end. - Add the cooked pasta into the sauce, and stir until coated.
