About 5 months post acl reconstruction and partial meniscus removal I started getting pain in my heel where you describe the second around in the surgical side foot and on the left foot it’s where you said it’s plantar fasciitis and some of my arch. My hips are uneven because I never properly took care of the acl and meniscus tears for about 18 years. So my gait is messed up, hips tight and uneven, and weak pelvic floor from having kids. I feel like a mess.

Omg I was sitting on the couch and as I watched this video, I put my leg up on my other knee and pressed my thumb into the calf muscle. He was referring to, and after two pressure points my pain in my foot almost disappeared entirely. I thought it was plantar fasciitis, and I’ve bought inserts and all kinds of stuff but this is almost like a miracle. I’m going to follow.

what about the heal numbness 🥺🥺 do I need physio? I have been to podiatrist have done calf raises and have personalised orthotics

Whole heel hurts so bad especially in morning and can wake with cramps in calf started after feet swollen during heat wave. All inserts, rollers on foot, gel heel inserts etc nothing helps so I'll try this. Thanks.

Completely agree. I think I was mis diagnosed by multiple podiatrists. Because nothing that should have worked ever did. What did work was stretching like you show. I also had a chiropractor yank on my ankles once and I’ve been fixed for years. But you are spot on.
