How.did.I.get.here? :
Our DnD group consists of three teenage boys, one teenage me and a singular adult, who is the father of one such teenage boy. One time the three boys got so intense that they started arguing with each other and the adult had to tell them to calm tf down and let each other speak and I was just watching them like "Is this a good moment to ask if I can k!ll the Harpy whose spell I'm under by 'love'-biting her neck off?" (The DM made me roll to persuade HIM. I rolled a nat 20. It was glorious.)

Bro I got blinded last sesh bc I didn’t check a door for fucking traps and I had a full FIVE MINUTES where I was panicking like this bc we thought we couldn’t heal me and we are in endgame and thought I was going to be blinded for the rest of the campaign 😭 as it turns out I’m a freaking paladin I just did lay on hands LOL

I really hate when player’s characters get into an argument and the players just will not let either of their characters relent, like it’s good for drama up to a point but it has to end in either relenting a bit or a break, not just more arguing for 10 minutes
